To address the issue of long working hours caused by labor shortages in the construction industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the "Building BIM Acceleration Project" to spread the adoption and utilization of BIM. This project supports a portion of design and construction costs for architectural projects where multiple businesses create building BIM data. Particularly for small and medium-sized businesses that have not yet adopted BIM, utilizing this subsidy program can lower the barriers to BIM implementation.
